At The Everygirl Shop, we want you to love your purchase as much as we loved designing it. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on all eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
